•⁠ ⁠Refunds: No refunds will be issued for amounts paid of AED 100 or less unless no service has been provided, initiated, or attended. Refund requests must be made within 2 days of payment and are subject to our approval. Once services have commenced or been attended, no refunds will be processed.

•⁠ ⁠Service Execution: All services will be provided in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of Abu Dhabi or other authorized entities. We commit to delivering transparent, accurate, and timely services.
•⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of our services. Failure to do so may result in delays or unfavorable outcomes for which Adviso Link Consultancy shall not be held liable.

5. Dispute Resolution

•⁠ ⁠Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved mutually where possible. If a resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be managed exclusively by the Abu Dhabi Court. All relevant UAE government entities and relevant government authorities shall be acknowledged and respected, but the final resolution will be determined by the Abu Dhabi Court.
